SoICT’2011 is a scientific symposium for research in all major areas of computing. The aim of the symposium is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry and government for technical discussions and interactions on specific computing topics. The symposium is organized by the School of Information and Communication Technology – Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). Authors are invited to submit both research and tool papers. The symposium language is English. All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period. Submitted papers should be prepared in ACM style and should not exceed 10 pages.

The proceedings of SoICT2011 will be published as a volume in ACM ICPS and indexed by ACM Digital Library and DBLP.
