http://www.digitales-unternehmen.de/MOC2026/
Date: September 22, 2026
Location: Informatik Festival 2026, Dresden, Germany
Scope
MOC 2026 focuses on developments, potentials, and applications of AI technologies in the context of management, design, and optimization of complex systems. The workshop particularly welcomes contributions on constraint-, rule-, and knowledge-based approaches, as well as their integration with data-driven methods, other AI techniques, and classical optimization approaches.
Topics of interest include (but are not limited to):
AI methods, Constraint Programming, Data Science, Operations Research, and hybrid approaches
Modeling and programming paradigms (e.g., domain-specific languages, multi-paradigm approaches)
Planning, configuration, and decision support systems
Simulation and optimization systems (e.g., what-if analysis, alternative solution exploration)
Integration of data analytics with optimization and planning
Applications in various domains (e.g., logistics, supply chains, management systems)
Teaching and education aspects related to the above topics
Emerging topics such as Quantum Computing in optimization contexts
The workshop aims to foster exchange between researchers and practitioners and to stimulate future research and application-oriented developments.
