Paper Submission and Publication
MSN 2018 is using EasyChair for submission and registration. Authors need to submit their papers to the EasyChair system. Once accepted, the paper will be included into the IEEE conference proceedings (indexed by EI). Authors (at least one) of any accepted paper are requested to register at the conference. Selected papers of particular merit will be recommended for consideration of fast track publication in special issues of SCI-indexed journals.
