The International Conference on Security of Smart cities, Industrial Control System and Communications (SSIC 2015) is the first version of an annual conference in the area of cyber security focusing on the industry control system, cloud platform and smart cities. City and industrial control infrastructures are changing with new interconnected systems for monitoring, control and automation. The goal of SSIC is to attract cyber security researchers, industry practitioners, policy makers, and users to exchange ideas, techniques and tools, and share experience related to all practical and theoretical aspects of communications and network security. It will take place on August 05 – 07, 2015, Shanghai, China, which is a global financial center and a popular tourist destination renowned for its historical landmarks such as The Bund, City God Temple and Yu Garden.

SSIC’2015 conference is technically co-sponsored by IEEE. SSIC 2015 seeks original high-quality technical papers from academia, government, and industry. Topics of interest encompass not only all practical and theoretical aspects of communications, and network security, but also security mechanism put into some critical applications. Particular topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

– Smart Grid securitySCADA/DCS security architecture

– Cloud computing security and privacy implications

– RFID network

– Intrusion detection in smart cities and industrial control system

– Security architectures and Models for the smart Grid

– Monitoring, control and automation of the industrial control system

– Wireless network security

– Vehicular network security

SUBMISSION INSTRACTIONS

Papers must be written in English in IEEE 2-column format. Paper submissions must not exceed 8 pages, in PDF only. All accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.
