ISSCS 2011 aims at bringing together scientists and re­searchers from academia and industry to present and discuss some of their latest ideas and results.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers in the following areas:

* Linear and Nonlinear Circuits & Systems

* Circuits & Systems for Communications

* Power Electronic Circuits

* Analog and Digital Signal Processing

* Image and Video Processing

* VLSI Circuits & Systems

The official language of the symposium will be English.

The papers should be written in IEEE/CAS A4 format (double column including paper title, authors’ names and affiliation, short abstract). They should not exceed 4 pages (including figures and references).

Authors are expected to present their papers at the Symposium. At least one author of each accepted paper must register in order to have the paper included in the program and Proceedings.
