Submissions to the workshop are open to researchers from any part of the world. Authors are solicited to initially submit an extended abstract (500-1000 words), present it in the workshop and then submit a full paper on the idea for consideration of publication in the special issues proposed. If you think you are ready with full length paper in any of the broad themes of the workshop, it would be better to submit them early. The submission may report research results, conceptual advances and experimental studies, describing significant advances in Information Retrieval, Informetrics and Scientometrics. Papers that describe concepts and ideas on the broad intersection of Information Retrieval, Scientometrics and Applied Informetrics would be most suitable for special issues.
