2013 China-Ireland International Conference on Information and Communications Technologies will be held on 27th -29th, April 2013 in Beijing. CIICT 2013 aims to provide an international academic platform for scholars in fields of information communications technologies to exchange ideas and latest research results. The conference includes not only the technical sessions, but also the invited sessions,keynote addresses.
CIICT2013 conference will run in conjunction with IET International Conference on Information and Communications Technologies (IETICT2013). CIICT is an international conference since its inception in 2006, and held alternately every year in China and Ireland, thematic studies focused on the wide range of fields of information and communication technology.
Original papers are invited and submitted papers should not be previously published or currently under review for any other publication. All the accepted papers will be published by The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), and will be included into the IEEE Xplore and IET Inspec，and then submitted to EI Compendex.
Best Paper Awards:
The IETICT committee is going to honor about 5 to 10 papers by offering the authors Certificate of Honor because of their outstanding academic researches. The authors awarded for Best paper should attend the conference and present their paper. And the Best paper will be recommended to the SCI journals.
