Scope and Aims:
The 13th IEEE International Conference on Knowledge and Systems
Engineering (KSE 2021) is an international forum for presentation,
discussion, and exchange of the state-of-the-art research,
development, and applications in the field of knowledge and systems
engineering. The main objective of the KSE is to bring together
researchers, practitioners and students not only to share research
results and practical applications but also to foster collaboration in
the field. The 13th conference of the KSE series will be held in
Bangkok, the capital and most populous city of Thailand. The
conference will be co-organized by Sirindhorn International Institute
of Technology, Thammasat University (SIIT) and Artificial Intelligence
Association of Thailand (AIAT).

Paper Submission
All submitted papers must be original contributions that neither have
been submitted to any other conference or journal nor will be
submitted to any other conference or journal during the review
process. The manuscripts should be submitted electronically, as PDF
formatted using the IEEE conference templates. Papers cannot exceed 6
pages in length including references. Along with the main conference,
KSE 2021 will also invite submissions to special session in the form
of workshops. The list of special sessions will be posted later. All
submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers
based on the originality, scientific and technical quality. The
proceedings is planned to publish in IEEE Xplore, indexed in DBLP and
other online digital libraries. Accepted papers will be selected to
publish in some high-ranking journals in ISI/SCOPUS.
