N-SEA is an annual conference hosted by the Center for Equitable AI & Machine Learning Systems (CEAMLS) at Morgan State University. N-SEA brings together researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, educators, and students to address how artificial intelligence is designed, deployed, and governed across sectors.

The 2026 theme, “Human-AI Collaboration: Empowerment, Agency, and Belonging,” will explore how AI systems can be developed to augment human capability while preserving human decision-making authority, dignity, and meaningful participation. Among other topics, presentations may examine technical design choices, governance frameworks, workforce implications, and real-world case studies that highlight both the promise and risks of collaborative AI systems.

Among others, we welcome discussions of these themes in the following areas:

· K-12, College, and Graduate Education
