CALL FOR PAPERS:
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers (IEEE Conference Paper format, up to 6 pages, in English), through online submission hosted by EDAS. Double-blind reviews will be conducted by at least two independent reviewers. Authors of accepted paper will be notified by email. ALL accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and normally be indexed in IEEE Xplore.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers on the following topics (non-exhaustive):
