It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the 2026 5th International Joint Conference on Information and Communication Engineering (JCICE 2026) which is scheduled to be held in Chengdu, China on July 17-19, 2026. JCICE 2026 is organized by Chengdu University of Technology and Chengdu University of Information Technology, hosted by School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Chengdu University of Technology, co-organized by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and CoreShare Academic Exchange Center, and technically co-sponsored by IEEE and IEEE Chengdu Section.
