Accepted and registered full papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and submitted for indexing in Scopus and Ei Compendex. Full papers should be up to 6 pages long. Authors of full papers can add up to 4 extra pages, at an additional cost of $70 per page. A full paper cannot be more than 10 pages long. References and any other additional material must be included in this number of pages.
