Welcome to the 2015 2nd Intl. Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence (ISCMI 2015). The Conference will be held in Hong Kong during November 23-24, 2015. The main objective of ISCMI 2015 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up- to- date scientific fields.

ISCMI 2015 is co-organized by South Asia Institute of Science and Engineering (SAISE) and International Neural Network Society (INNS) India Regional Chapter.
