The conference will be held at the K. L. E. Institute of Technology in the city of Hubballi. The city of Hubballi (also known informally has Hubli) is the commercial hub of Karnataka state. The Government of India has set up a Software Technology Park of India on Dharwad Road and Aryabhata Tech Park in Navanagar region of Hubli.
