All submitted papers will go through the process of Double Blind Peer Review by the experts. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Two research papers will be considered for the Best Paper Award. Top 10 ranked papers (by experts) will be evaluated for Journal of Management & Research (ISSN: 2218-2705).
