Paper length should be within 15 pages in the Springer CCIS one-column format. All submissions are required to follow the Springer stipulations and are subject to screening for plagiarism by iThenticate®. Double blind review system will be followed and each paper will be reviewed by at least three reviewers. Manuscripts must be anonymized for submission.
The conference will be held at Kalyani Government Engineering College (KGEC), in Kalyani, West Bengal, India. KGEC is regulated, operated and sponsored by the Government of West Bengal, and is ranked among top 5 Engineering College in West Bengal. It has a strong faculty team with quality experience in reputed government technical institutions all over India. KGEC was established in 1995 by the Government of West Bengal. Kalyani is 46km from the Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata (formerly Calcutta).
