The Rizal Library seeks papers for its 6th International Conference to be held on October 23-24, 2014 at the Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City, Philippines. This year’s theme is “Leadership and Change: Setting Directions, Braving the Odds”. This conference aims to highlight how leadership and change affect librarians and libraries, from the most mundane to the most complex facets of library and information practice today.
We welcome proposals on the following topics: library management and leadership, responsive leadership, mentoring, communicating change, and political, economic, social, technological and environmental changes in libraries.
Paper proposals must be submitted on or before March 31, 2014 using the following format:
Title of the paper
Topic of the paper (choose one of the topics enumerated above)
Paper abstract (should not exceed 250 words)
Curriculum vitae with photo (indicate achievements and/or publications for the last five years)
