We would like to invite you to contribute a book chapter for our upcoming volume entitled “Deep Learning in Genome Mapping” to be published by CRC Press (Taylor & Francis Group). The volume will be available both in print and in ebook format by late 2024/early 2025 on Science Publishers (USA), an imprint of CRC Press (Taylor & Francis Group).
The goal of this volume is to summarize the state-of-the-art methods in computational biology and bioinformatics methods in genome mapping. Topics of interest include (but not limited to):
– Sequence Analysis
– Pattern Recognition for Genome Mapping
– Next-Generation Sequencing and Multi-Omics Integration
– SNPs and GWAS
– Protein/RNA Structure, Function and Interactions
– Genome Annotation and Analysis
– Structural Bioinformatics
– Gene Expression
– Machine Learning in Systems Biology
– Network Analysis
– Generative Model for Genome Mapping
– Biological Data Mining
– Big Data Analytics for Genome Mapping
– Visualization
Each contributed chapter is expected to present a novel research study, a comparative study, or a survey of the literature. Note that there will be no publication fees for accepted chapters.
