(***Closed***) Call For Book Chapters: “Computational Biology and Bioinformatics: Gene Regulation”, CRC Press (Taylor & Francis Group)

We would like to invite you to contribute a book chapter for our upcoming volume entitled “Computational Biology and Bioinformatics: Gene Regulation” to be published by CRC Press (Taylor & Francis Group). The volume will be available both in print and in ebook format by late 2015/early 2016 on Science Publishers (USA), an imprint of CRC Press (Taylor & Francis Group).

The goal of this volume is to summarize the state-of-the-art in computational biology and bioinformatics methods for gene regulation. Topics of interest include (but not limited to):

– Sequence Analysis

– Pattern Recognition for Gene Regulation

– Next-Generation Sequencing and Metagenomics

– SNPs and GWAS

– Protein/RNA Structure, Function and Interactions

– Genome Annotation and Analysis

– Structural Bioinformatics

– Gene Expression

– Systems Biology

– Network Analysis

– Machine Learning for Gene Regulation

– Biological Data Mining

– Big Data Analytics for Gene Regulation

– Visualization

Each contributed chapter is expected to present a novel research study, a comparative study, or a survey of the literature. Note that there will be no publication fees for accepted chapters.
