The 8th Edition of the International Conference EVALSUP (French acronym for “Evaluation in HigherEducation”) and the 23th Edition of the CIMQUSEF (the International Conference on the Quality ofEducation and Training) are merged to converge into a single international conference that unites synergiesand optimizes resources to provide a platform for diverse stakeholders (academics, practitioners,policymakers, and organizations) to explore reflection and to promote exchange on the subject of qualityin education in light of the unprecedented changes and growing challenges affecting education systemsacross countries around the world. This scientific event will be held in Rabat-Morocco, on 28-29 October2026, under the theme: ”Human-Centered STEM Ecosystems and AI-Driven Technological Disruptions:Rethinking Engineering, Higher Education and Schooling in an Era of Uncertainty“.

Scope and Objectives

Artificial intelligence and rapid technological innovation are profoundly reshaping educationsystems worldwide. In an era of uncertainty and complexity, STEM education must go beyondtechnical skills to embrace humanistic values, ethics, sustainability and social responsibility.The CIMQUSEF/EVALSUP 2026 Conference provides an international forum for researchers,educators, practitioners and policymakers to explore emerging paradigms in STEMecosystems, AI-driven innovation and engineering education.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Proposals for papers may be oral presentations, round-tables or workshops. The abstract should describe the problem, objectives, methodology and main results of the proposal.

Topic 1 – Humanistic and Ethical Dimensions of STEM Education : Ethics, citizenship, social responsibility, STEAM approaches, sustainability.

Topic 2 – STEM Ecosystems and Educational Policies : Governance, partnerships, institutional strategies, internationalization.

Topic 3 – Innovative Pedagogies and Didactics in STEM : Interdisciplinary approaches, active learning, teacher education.

Topic 4 – Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies in Education : Generative AI, learning analytics, VR/AR, digital learning resources.

Topic 5 – Engineering Education in an Era of Uncertainty and AI Disruptions : Future engineering competencies, systems thinking, ethics, curriculum transformation.

Topic 6 – Equity, Inclusion and Diversity in STEM : Gender equity, inclusive practices, access and student success.

Topic 7 – Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Education : Knowledge transfer, innovation culture, maker-spaces, entrepreneurship.

Topic 8 – Quality Assurance, Assessment and Impact of STEM Programs : Learning assessment, quality assurance, accreditation, impact studies.
