The Technical Committee of the 2023 Asia-Pacific Conference on Image Processing, Electronics and Computers(IPEC2023)invites the submission of original research papers in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and applied electronics and computers to be published in the conference proceedings. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by three independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of submitted papers. Topics include but not limited to:
