Our Special Sessions Initiative allows selected global experts to host a focused “mini-conference” within the main event, dedicated to your specific research niche. This is an excellent opportunity to curate high-quality papers and elevate your network at Oxford.

Official Session Chair: You will be the exclusive chair and moderator of this session.
Keynote Speaker (KS) Slot: You will open the session with a 20-30 minute Keynote Presentation to highlight your latest research or scientific vision.
Double Certification: To support your academic promotion and CV, the organizing committee will issue two separate official documents:
Certificate of Appreciation as an Invited Keynote Speaker
Certificate of Service as a Special Session Chair
⚙️ The Requirement
To secure your special session and confirm your Keynote slot, we request that you coordinate 3 to 4 abstract submissions from your PhD students, lab members, or immediate colleagues. Please note that the conference supports a hybrid format, allowing authors to participate either in person or online. All accepted abstracts will be published in the official conference proceedings by IEEE.
Note on Submission Format: The initial stage requires an Abstract only (Title, Author list, and a 250-word summary) for preliminary evaluation. Following the acceptance of the abstract, authors will have the option to submit either a short paper or a full paper for publication -Optional-, depending on their preference. This streamlined phase minimizes early administrative requirements for your research group.
