——————————————————-

The seventh International Conference on

Communications, Signal Processing, and their

Applications (ICCSPA’26) will provide a venue for

academics and practitioners in the area of

communications, networking, and signal processing

to present and discuss their latest scholarly

work.

The conference will be held in Alcalá de Henares

(Madrid), Spain, between 15-18 June 2026. Besides

contributed papers, the program will include

keynote presentations, panel discussions, talk by

industry professionals, tutorials, and student

poster sessions. Social events will provide the

opportunity for professional networking.

Prospective authors are invited to submit their

full papers using the EDAS

(https://edas.info/N34217) online submission

system. Like the previous events, accepted and

presented papers in ICCSPA’26 are expected to be

submitted for indexing in IEEE Xplore and Scopus.

CONFERENCE TRACKS

The conference welcomes submissions across four

distinct research tracks to foster focused

discussions among researchers with shared

interests. Each track encompasses a range of

interconnected topics and methodologies,

encouraging both theoretical contributions and

practical applications. While the topics listed

under each track highlight primary areas of

interest, they are not exhaustive—we encourage

submissions that explore emerging themes,

interdisciplinary approaches, and novel

perspectives that align with the broader scope of

each track. Authors are invited to select the

track that best fits their research contribution,

keeping in mind that cross-track dialogue and

collaboration are actively encouraged throughout

the conference.

Track 1: AI, Learning, and Optimization for

Wireless Communications and Networks

– Deep, federated, and reinforcement learning

communication systems

Track 3: Sensing, Positioning, and Navigation in

Wireless and Networked Systems

– RF-based and cooperative sensing

– High-precision positioning (e.g., mmWave, UWB,

GNSS, LEO satellite)

– Sensor fusion for localization and mapping

(SLAM)

– Wireless imaging and environmental

reconstruction

– Joint communication and sensing (JCAS),

quantum sensing
