After a highly successful first edition, the Workshop on Quantum Networked
Applications and Protocols (QuNAP) returns to INFOCOM 2026.
We invite researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to share
cutting-edge, original work advancing the theory and practice of quantum
networks and related technologies.
Topics of interest include
– Networked distributed NISQ computing
– Quantum edge and fog computing
– Modular and scalable quantum processing
– Quantum communication protocols and algorithms
– Quantum cryptography and security in networked systems
– Quantum key distribution (QKD) and beyond-QKD techniques
– Architectures for quantum communication networks
– Hybrid quantum-classical networking and novel qubit platforms
– Quantum Internet design challenges, architectures, and protocols
– Quantum network control, management, and orchestration
– Quantum network simulation frameworks, emulators, and testbeds
– Real-world applications and use cases of quantum networks
– Quantum error correction and mitigation for networked systems
– Performance evaluation and optimization of quantum network protocols
– Hardware platforms and innovations for quantum networking
– Software stacks, operating systems, and programming frameworks
– Deployment, scalability, and practical implementation challenges
– Standardization, benchmarking, and interoperability
