We are delighted to announce the upcoming WITCOM 2025 Conference on Telematics and

Computing. This year, the event will adopt a hybrid format, offering both virtual and face-to-face

attendance options. Authors have the flexibility to choose whether they prefer to present virtually or

in person at the venue. The conference is organized by UPIITA-IPN, in collaboration with our

collaborators: ANTACOM, FES-Acatlan and the Universidad Mayor de Chile. The venue for this

edition is Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mexico.

The main themes of WITCOM 2025 revolve around Telematics, Artificial Intelligence, Geospatial,

and Machine Learning. This interdisciplinary forum serves as a nexus for students, industry

professionals, entrepreneurs, graduates, scientists, government officials, and communities engaged

in science and technology. WITCOM is dedicated to advancing Telematics and disruptive

technologies, aiming to empower individuals and societies with the knowledge to enhance their

quality of life.

We center our attention on {telematics}, {computing}, {cybersecurity and data Science},

{communications}, and {artificial intelligence}, guiding the way for a holistic digital transformation

across diverse realms of life and the globe. The conference serves as a catalyst for interdisciplinary

dialogues and research within these pivotal domains. Our mission stands out by promoting cultural,

scientific, tourist, industrial, and governmental activities tailored to the unique context of the event’s

location. Most importantly, we celebrate the talent and enthusiasm of our esteemed friends, invited

guests, and speakers worldwide, as they share their expertise to bring about positive change on a

global scale.
