Purpose and scope

This workshop provides an international forum for the research community working in the area of energy efficient wireless communication networks. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Green wireless network architecture

• Energy efficient network topology

• Energy efficient routing protocol

• Energy efficient MAC protocol

• Energy efficiency in advanced cellular networks / 4G/ LTE

• Energy efficient radio resource allocation

• Energy efficiency in wireless networks

• Energy efficiency in vehicular networks

• Optimization models and algorithms

Submission guidelines

IEEE GROWN Workshop accepts only original, previously unpublished papers in all areas of energy efficient wireless networks. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a maximum of 8-pages IEEE conference style paper (including all text, figures, and references) through EDAS submission system (http://www.edas.info). All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and by the IEEE, and will be accessible via IEEE Explore Digital Library. Authors are required to submit fully formatted papers (PDF), with graphs, images, and other special areas arranged as intended for the final publication. Papers should be written in English conforming to the IEEE standard conference format (8.5″ x 11″ – US letter, Two-Column).
