INTRODUCTION:

With the proliferation of mobile techniques, mobile computing is playing increasing role in our contemporary society. Meanwhile, cloud computing has been experiencing phenomenal growth in last few years. Together with the widespread of the mobile technology and emerging of cloud computing concept, mobile cloud computing has been introduced to be a potential technology with a bright future.

In order to promote the development of mobile cloud computing, this workshop provides a platform for researchers, developers, teams and organisations in current mobile cloud computing from academia, industry and service providers to share their ideas, experiences and practical implementations related to new mobile cloud technologies and applications. We encourage papers that propose new research directions or challenge the existing solutions at the workshop. All the accepted papers will be published in the main conference proceeding.

MobiCloud 2013 focuses on the techniques, methodologies, algthoms, models, applications in the areas of mobile cloud computing. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Please submit your paper using the EasyChair (https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mobicloud2013). Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Papers must be clearly presented in English, must not exceed 6 pages including the bibliography and well-marked appendices. Papers should follow the IEEE 8.5″ x 11″ Two-Column Format including tables, figures, references and appendixes, in single column and single spaced free style, with Portable Document Format (.pdf). Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation.
