Welcome to the 5th International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Pattern Recognition (ISPR 2025), Hammamet City, Tunisia, From 26 to 28 June 2025

We are thrilled to announce the 5th International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Pattern Recognition (ISPR 2025), set to take place in the picturesque city of Hammamet, Tunisia, from June 26 to 28, 2025. Building on the exceptional success of previous editions, including the 4th ISPR 2024 in Istanbul, Turkey, and three earlier conferences in Hammamet, ISPR has firmly established itself as a prestigious platform for advancing research and promoting collaboration in intelligent systems and pattern recognition. As a premier forum, ISPR 2025 will bring together leading researchers, practitioners, and industry experts from around the globe to showcase groundbreaking advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and pattern recognition. Join us in this vibrant gathering as we explore cutting-edge research, address emerging challenges, and shape the future of intelligent systems.

Over the years, the proceedings of the ISPR conferences have been proudly published in the prestigious Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series, ensuring broad visibility and indexing in leading databases such as Scopus, DBLP, and Web of Science. For the 2025 edition, we are pleased to announce that the proceedings have once again been approved for publication in CCIS, allowing us to continue this tradition of excellence.

Since its inception, ISPR has been proudly endorsed by the International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR), a testament to the conference’s commitment to excellence and relevance in the field. This year, we are honored to have received the prestigious IAPR endorsement once again, reinforcing our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of academic and scientific rigor.

ISPR 2025 will feature:

Keynote speeches by world-renowned experts

Paper presentations in parallel tracks covering topics such as artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, natural language processing, knowledge representation, machine and deep learning, data mining, and computer vision

Opportunities for networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange

All submitted papers will undergo a thorough peer-review process conducted by at least three members of our international program committee, with acceptance based on originality, technical quality, and clarity. The top three papers will receive the prestigious IAPR Best Papers Award, and extended versions of selected papers will be recommended for publication in Q1-ranked journals indexed in Scopus, DBLP, Web of Science, and ACM Computing Reviews.

Join us in Hammamet for ISPR 2025 to explore the latest advancements in intelligent systems and pattern recognition and to connect with leading researchers and practitioners shaping the future of these dynamic fields.

Recognizing Excellence in Research

At ISPR 2025, we are committed to honoring outstanding contributions to the field of intelligent systems and pattern recognition. The top three papers presented at the conference will receive the prestigious IAPR Best Papers Award. Additionally, authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their work for consideration in leading Q1-ranked journals. This includes opportunities for publication in Pattern Recognition Letters (Elsevier), a highly regarded journal with an impact factor of 4.757, indexed in over 11 major databases, including Scopus, DBLP, Web of Science, ACM Computing Reviews, and more.

Furthermore, selected authors will be invited to elaborate on their research and submit extended versions for potential publication in various special issues of international indexed journals.
