Submission Guidelines
We invite researchers and scholars to submit their papers for AIIA’25. All papers should be written in English and must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Submission Types:
Regular research papers: up to 8 pages (including references)
Short papers on early results: up to 4 pages (including references)
Posters on new or disruptive ideas: up to 2 pages (including references)

Publication
All papers accepted and presented at AIIA’25 will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore.

Student Participants: 15,000 DA
Non-Student Academic: 25,000 DA
Industrial Participants: 30,000 DA
Foreign Participants: 150 €
Registration includes participation, certificate, publication fees, lunches (2 days), and coffee breaks.
