ABSTRACT PAPER SUBMISSION

Prospective authors are invited to submit one-page extended abstracts for presentations at IWAIT 2026. The one-page extended abstract will be included in the conference proceedings. All paper must follow the IEEE double-column format and submit via a PDF file by August 17.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors who have their papers accepted to IWAIT2026 are encouraged to submit the full papers for inclusion to the IWAIT2026 Proceedings published by SPIE. The submission of full papers is not mandatory but strongly encouraged, because the papers will be published in the SPIE Digital Library and made available even for non-participants of IWAIT2026. The submission to SPIE consists of two parts:

– First Part: Full paper submission during November 14~30

– Second Part: Camera-ready paper submission by December 30

Copyright of the paper submitted to SPIE digital library belongs to SPIE, but The SPIE copyright transfer also allows researchers to submit expanded papers to journals published by other organizations.
