Call for Papers
The Workshop on Circuits, Systems and Information
Technology (WCSIT) is a scientific meeting addressing
young researchers (e.g. Postdoc researchers and PhD
students) who are invited to present their latest
research results. Students can participate as well if
interesting and original project results are reported.
The main topics covered by this workshop (and not
limited to) are:
Analog & Mixed circuits design
Microwave theory and applications
Opto & Nano electronics
RFIC design
VLSI Systems and Applications
System design and software optimization
Signal processing and applications
4G and beyond wireless systems
Power line communications and smart grid
Optical communications
The workshop will be held on July 3-4, 2014, at IDEO Business
Center in Iasi (Romania) and is organized by Technical University
of Iasi (Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information
Technology). The official language for presentations should be English.
State of the art articles can be proposed as well.
The papers should be maximum 3 pages in length (PDF format) and follow the
IEEE conference paper template.
The presenting authors of the best three papers will receive a free one
year IEICE membership. In addition, all papers will be added to IEICE
Digital Library iScover.
In case of acceptance, the authors (at least one) should register and
present their work during the workshop. Extended version of the accepted
papers will be included into a special number of a Romanian journal
indexed to international scientific databases.
Any young researcher can have a maximum number of three articles (author
and/or co-author) except the PhD/Postdoc coordinator.
